"Reduces depression, more effective than short or long-term psychotherapy" - that's quite a statement, and potentially dangerous for some people with serious depression where psychotherapy is a core component of their treatment. This statement implies that you have more to offer than psychotherapy - not only do I believe this to be untrue, but that this may prevent people from seeking the real help that they need. Furthermore, in most cases of a serious depression apathy and lethargy are prominent symptoms. How then can you be of benefit from a clinical point of view? It is true that lifestyle including diet and exercise are well documented in the literature as beneficial in preventing low mood and as a co-factor in reducing depression. However, your statement is very bold and claims to be superior to psychotherapy on the whole - a practice that has a massive body of knowledge behind it. This statement is misleading and irresponsible. Change it, take it down or present credible research to support your your claim. Thanks
